About This Position
The Lifecycle Renewals Specialist is an entry level position. The role is responsible for all aspects related to IT renewals of services to maintain accurate coverage for clients. The Renewals Specialist will build quotes, process orders, merge contracts, handle issues as well as manage small renewals for customers. They will be responsible for maintaining relationships with manufacturers, distributors, internal Aspire team members and customers. The Lifecycle Renewals Specialist will work from the Company’s corporate headquarters in Eatontown, New Jersey.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- MAY INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED.
Renewal Management
- Contract Analysis
- Able to analyze multiple sets of data in Excel and present data in multiple formats.
- Creates master contract summary for clients and reviews existing contracts to understand their terms, conditions, end of support and expiration dates.
- Provides detailed and accurate summaries of coverage for customers in a consumable and organized format for client review and renewal conversations.
- Renewal Creation:
- Creates renewal for clients, ensuring all coverage is co-termed, and investigates the best renewal option for clients including multi-year terms.
- Builds renewal quotes using multiple sets of data in Excel.
- Track and manage renewal timelines, ensuring that renewals are processed on time.
- Identify any potential issues or concerns that need to be addressed during the renewal process.
- Work with various manufacturers and distributors to source the best option to renew and best pricing.
- Oversees and manages changes, price increases and price protection dates on customer facing documents to ensure accurate and professional quotes are provided.
- Ensures SLED quotes are compliant with state contracts.
- Relationship Management:
- Builds and maintains positive relationships with clients, internal teams, and key stakeholders at manufacturers and distributors.
- Maintains timely communications regularly with the parties involved, addresses any concerns or inquiries, and strives to provide excellent customer service.
- Maintains communication with various vendors to keep strong relationships and provides vendors with information on upcoming renewals and details of orders that have been processed.
- Assist in problem resolution and escalations.
- Contract Maintenance:
- Prepares budget quotes using multiple sets of data in Excel.
- Handles all tasks related to the maintenance of the contracts including (but not limited to) merging contracts, updating install sites and associating and recording the details of who has access to contracts for each customer.

Minimum Education and Experience:
- Minimum of an Associates Degree
- Advanced proficiency in excel.
- 1-2 years working in a role that uses excel to analyze data, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
- Advanced Excel Skills are preferred - ability to set up, format spreadsheets, use formulas and functions required to sort, organize, and classify data and create reports. Must be able to create detailed reports, compare, and analyze data.
- Detail oriented and skilled at analyzing data.
- Must be a competitive, high achiever, who is persistent and can build, maintain, and grow profitable long-term relationships with all clients.
- Knowledge of Cisco portfolio and strong working relationship with Cisco is a plus.
- Excellent customer care experience required.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as an adept problem solver.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and go the extra mile.
