We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our supply chain.

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.

• Unload, label, and store goods in appropriate locations.

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.

• Maintain inventory accuracy by performing regular cycle counts.

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided if needed).

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

• Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.

• Report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Basic math and computer skills.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.

• Physically demanding role, involving lifting, bending, and standing.

• May work in varying temperatures depending on warehouse location.
