Summary of Experience for all positions entails:

  • Food Safety Manager Certification is a plus. Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment is preferable but we are open to train and develop staff who exhibit the desire to grow and thrive in a flexible, nurturing environment that is creative and fun.

    *Must be able to count money. There will be a test.
    *Must be able to work weekends
    *Must be able to open the store in the mornings and help to close in the evenings.

Pay: Starting pay is $12.00 per hour, Part-time, but there are opportunities for increases.

Jobs available are: Cobblerista(s)

Hours: Part-time, flexible, weekdays, weeknights, weekends, some holidays, and community canvasing based on qualifications and experience. Shifts span in varying increments between the operating hours of 12pm to 10pm.

General expectations consist of the following:

  • An eye for perfection and an intolerance for mediocrity, and take pride in the work being done

  • Proficient in performing all Crew Member tasks including: FOH, BOH, EXPO, PREP.

  • Maintain fast accurate service, ensure an excellent customer experience, and make sure all products are consistent with company standards.

  • Make sure the restaurant is up to company standards with regards to cleanliness, neatness, and customer accessibility.

    Operate the POS accurately and maintain proper control of company assets.

Basic Qualifications for ALL positions entail:

  • Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients.

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.

  • Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays

  • Meet store standards and follow operating policies, including providing quality dessert products, cash handling, and store safety and security.

  • Knowledge of the retail environment

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Ability to build relationships
