Lawn care and landscaping specialist at Beleza Lawn Care LLC – Merritt Island, Florida

Introduction:
We are looking for a reliable, skilled Lawn Care & Landscaping Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing routine lawn care, landscaping refresh, yard clean ups and seasonal maintenance services, ensuring our clients’ yards look their best year-round. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team, ability to communicate with customers and team are essential.

• Perform routine lawn care services including mowing, edging, weed whacking, trimming, blowing, and leaf removal.
• Carry out landscaping tasks such as planting, mulching, pruning, hedging, plant beds clean ups and sod installation.
• Diagnose and address lawn or plant health issues (weeds, pests, irrigation concerns, etc.).
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hedge cutters.
• Ensure safe work practices while handling tools, machinery, and outdoor chemicals.
• Respond to client requests and complete projects in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with seasonal services such as storm cleanups, tree/shrub care, and yard enhancements.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, equipment use, and materials needed
• Work and coordinate jobs and tasks with our teams

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in lawn care, landscaping, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for outdoor maintenance challenges.
• Skilled with lawn and landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).
• Knowledge of basic lawn care & maintenance, or irrigation systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and complete tasks to high standards.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and insurable (a big plus). If not driving, must have a reliable transportation to and from work
• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
• Must pass a mandatory probationary drug test.
