• CNA certification or at least one years experience in Hospice
• Hospice Experience a must
• Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Ability to Relocate:

• Lewisville, TX: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: On the road
