What You’ll DoAs a Server, you’ll be the face of our restaurant—guiding guests through our seasonal menu and thoughtfully selected wine list, creating a welcoming and elevated dining experience from start to finish.
Main Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and engage guests, creating a personalized and memorable experience.
- Offer thoughtful menu and wine recommendations, tailored to guest preferences.
- Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders.
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Manage guest checks and handle payments with accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean and polished dining area, including table settings and service stations.
- Recognize and celebrate special occasions with guests.
- Uphold all safety and alcohol service regulations.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Interest in wine and food pairing (wine training provided!).
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- A team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Previous serving experience in a fast-paced or upscale dining environment is a plus.
