We’re Napa—your friendly neighborhood restaurant with a big love for wine and seriously good food. Locally owned and operated with four locations (two in Charlotte, one in Fort Mill, and one in Raleigh), we bring a slice of Napa Valley to the Carolinas.

Our vibe? Good food, great wine, and no fuss. We’re not a late-night restaurant, so you won’t regularly be stuck until midnight, and every location offers free onsite parking.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver gracious, attentive service to every guest
• Share your knowledge of our scratch-made menu and curated wine list
• Create memorable dining experiences with a warm, welcoming attitude
• Work closely with the team to keep service smooth and efficient
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• Previous serving experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person
• A passion for hospitality and great food
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Server Job Requirements:

• Must have prior experience as a server.
• Must showcase teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be able to handle money transactions responsibly.
• Must be able to multitask and act quickly.
• Must be flexible and ready to work in shifts.
• Must carry at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
