Position Summary

We're growing our deployment team and hiring Deployment Program Managers to own the delivery of these projects from notice to proceed through close-out. You'll build the schedule, run the vendors, walk the site and hand the finished infrastructure to the customer.

You'll report to the head of data center deployments and work closely with our Operations and Engineering teams. This is a hands-on role for someone who is as comfortable on a data hall floor as in a customer schedule review.

Essential Job Function and Key Responsibilities

• Own the planning, scheduling and delivery of assigned customer deployments, from notice to proceed through close-out.
• Manage scope, budget, procurement coordination and subcontractor performance across each project.
• Serve as the site-level point of contact for customers and drive disciplined change-management.
• Manage vendors, measure their progress and rate their performance against quality KPIs.
• Create and standardize reporting, and give regular updates on status, risks and schedule variance to leadership and stakeholders.
• Track approved deployment plans with customers, engineers and construction vendors until the infrastructure is in service.
• Run meetings, maintain timelines and keep large, diverse groups informed of progress and obstacles.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, manage risk and escalations, and balance business needs against technical constraints.
• Help shape how Inovi plans and delivers deployments as the team grows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience

• Experience delivering AI/GPU, high-density or liquid-cooled deployments
• Building and owning schedules in Asana or similar project management tools
• Background with a hyperscaler, colocation provider or mission-critical contractor
• ITIL, CSM, PMP or a similar certification
• Based within easy reach of a major airport
• 5+ years of data center or network capacity planning, data center or network infrastructure program/project management, or related technical experience
• Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure (i.e. network, data center, hardware, software)
• Ability to sustain at least 50% travel to customer sites and data center facilities

What Success Looks Like

This position will be under a 90-day probationary period. You are a versatile marketing professional who can move from strategy to execution quickly.

You have seen excellent marketing done inside a sophisticated organization, but you do not require a large team, agency or established infrastructure to produce excellent work.

You are resourceful, intellectually curious, technologically fluent and comfortable solving problems that may not yet have a defined playbook.
