At TSS HVAC Services, you'll have the opportunity to build a substantial book of business across Western Washington and earn significantly more as your customer base grows. Our uncapped commission plan rewards new maintenance agreements, profitable projects, and long-term account growth.
What sets TSS apart? You'll work directly with our Washington Regional Manager, with support from TSS's President and CEP sales leadership, and you'll have the technical, estimating, and operational resources needed to succeed. In an industry where labor shortages often limit sales growth, TSS's commitment to maintaining a skilled, company-employed technician workforce is a significant advantage.

MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) and related technical sales experience is highly valued. Commercial HVAC/R experience is a plus, and highly successful residential HVAC salespeople are encouraged to apply.
TSS is an established commercial, industrial, and government HVAC/R service provider with roots dating to 1985 and a team of approximately 70 employees serving Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. As part of Climate Efficiency Partners (CEP), we combine local expertise and relationships with the resources and career opportunities of a growing national organization.

- Grow assigned existing accounts by identifying additional maintenance, service, and project opportunities, and by expanding the depth and breadth of customer contacts, while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an accurate CRM sales pipeline, provide reliable forecasts, and work toward established revenue and margin goals.
- Develop and manage a territory sales plan that builds TSS's customer base and expands its presence throughout Western Washington.
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably within HVAC/R, MEP, commercial services, industrial equipment, facilities, or related technical markets. Highly successful residential HVAC sales professionals will also be considered.
