Server in Spokane, Washington at Steamplant Restaurant and Events

The Restaurant Server provides friendly, attentive, and efficient service to guests while creating a welcoming dining experience. This position is responsible for accurately taking orders, serving food and beverages, anticipating guest needs, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Must be available Friday and Saturday 4pm-10pm

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver friendly, attentive service to ensure an exceptional guest experience
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently (Servers)
Support front-of-house operations by assisting with table setup, clearing, and resetting (Support Staff)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and equipment
Work collaboratively with team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Positive attitude and a commitment to great service
