Our unit is equipped for telemetry monitoring, and our nurses are skilled in EKG tracings. We frequently care for patients recovering from a variety of surgical procedures and build strong, lasting relationships with our patients and their families. Physicians love working with us because of our expertise and teamwork.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver top-notch care to post-operative patients.
• Monitor patients using telemetry and interpret EKG tracings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Develop meaningful connections with patients and their families.
• Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 4:1 or 5:1 with support staff to ensure continuity of care.

Who We're Looking For:

• New graduates are welcome and will receive a comprehensive 12-week orientation with experienced preceptors.
• All newly hired nurses will participate in our Nurse Residency Program to help them succeed.
• Experienced nurses will get an orientation tailored to their experience and comfort level.
