✔ Retail sales and/or management experience – automotive preferred but not required
✔ Leadership skills – ability to inspire and manage a team
✔ Strong communication & problem-solving skills
✔ Flexibility to work retail hours (weekends, evenings, holidays)
✔ Valid driver’s license
