Sales Representative at Launch Warwick – Warwick, Rhode Island

The Sales Representative will work out of the Launch Family Entertainment complex in Warwick, RI. This key team member will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, contacting potential customers, and booking group, private, and corporate events. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, fitness, and fun, and will focus on creating lasting partnerships that deliver results while helping to drive the park's per capita spend and overall headcount.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and make outbound cold calls to prospective clients
Become an expert on Launch's offerings and policies for events
Complete confirmation calls for upcoming events and return all voicemails or inquiries
Maintain a missed call rate of under 4%
Conduct facility tours with all potential leads
Set up fundraisers and community partnerships
Work daily with the Launch management team to coordinate staffing and execution of events
Maintain accurate database and recordkeeping in the park's dashboard
Resolve all customer service issues in accordance with company policies
Support the implementation of promotional marketing materials and campaigns
Assist with social media content creation (minimum 3 posts per week)
Identify street team events in the local community
Maintain brand awareness throughout the community
Support Park Management Team members when needed
Ensure facility is properly prepared for tours and events
Create awesome memories for guests!

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented approach
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in guest services and public relations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Enthusiastic and well-organized with a professional work ethic
Dependable and committed to providing exceptional customer service
Experience with Google Sheets/Excel is beneficial
Social media experience is a plus
