Rehab Therapy Manager at Berkshire Health Systems – Pittsfield, Massachusetts

This position has responsibility for the outpatient rehab, lymphedema, and audiology departments. Including day to day operations, financial management, HR management, regulatory compliance, and customer service.

Minimum of 5 years health care experience with defined leadership positions. Experience in management of services with familiarity of human resource management, customer service, healthcare finance, performance management and regulatory compliance.

Masters or Doctorate in PT, OT, Speech, Audiology or Communication Disorders. Or relevant education and work experience in managing health care clinical department. BS required; MS preferred.

OTPTSPAU – Current license if an OT, PT, SP, AU background.
