About This Position
About the Role:
All Steel Buildings is growing. We are looking for a driven, high-level sales professional who can own the full sales cycle and help expand our market reach. This role blends inside and outside sales. You will generate leads, build relationships, close deals, and stay involved through the project kickoff.
We need someone who can open doors, build real partnerships, and create corporate-level opportunities. You should be comfortable prospecting in the field, on the phone, and through your existing network. You will play a direct role in shaping revenue growth across commercial, industrial, and corporate accounts. We are a growing steel manufacturing and building company serving commercial and industrial clients. You will have direct access to leadership, strong operational support, and the ability to make a measurable impact on company growth.
What You Bring:
- Proven success in full-cycle B2B sales with strong closing ability
- Heavy business development experience with measurable revenue growth
- Experience building and managing corporate accounts
- Strong prospecting skills and comfort with cold outreach
- Ability to move easily between inside and outside sales activity
- Confidence in presenting to executives, contractors, developers, and business owners
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- High level of accountability and ownership
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Construction, manufacturing, or commercial development experience is helpful but not required. If you understand complex project-based sales, that matters.
Experience in steel buildings or pre-engineered metal buildings is a plus, but we value strong sales athletes who can learn quickly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Five or more years of B2B sales experience preferred
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field preferred but not required
- An established book of business or industry contacts is a strong advantage
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage sales pipelines and customer data.
- Familiarity with supply chain logistics and inventory management related to steel products.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Additional certifications in sales or technical training related to steel manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to a signed contract
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple industries
- Develop corporate accounts and long-term B2B partnerships
- Leverage existing industry contacts to accelerate growth
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and repeat business
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and industry events to drive outside sales efforts
- Qualify opportunities, assess client needs, and present tailored steel building solutions
- Collaborate with engineering, estimating, and project management teams to deliver accurate proposals
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and scope with a strong focus on closing
- Track activity, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Provide market feedback to leadership on trends, competition, and pricing
