Inpatient Registration Coordinator

Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) has a great opportunity for an Inpatient Registration Coordinator at our Center Township, PA location. In this role, you will provide clerical support to the inpatient teams.

Responsibilities:

• Responds to requests for admissions and admission information.
• Provides administrative and clerical support to the admissions supervisor.
• Completes patient consents thoroughly and accurately.
• Maintains the patient bed board and ensuring accurate data entry for all patient level of care changes.
• Collects patient liability as instructed by the patient benefit coordinators.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Data entry skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills preferred.
• Strong computer skills preferred.

• High school diploma or GED

Work Conditions:

• Office-based
• Substance Use Disorder Treatment Center
