Core Job Functions
- Have skills necessary to maintain, operate and enforce the Parking Management Program & Policy.
- A shift plan is devised to address, report and document incidents that are or have occurred that are potential safety security issues. May be involved in high risk situations.
- Conducts and enforces surveillance of the property to include the building & parking lots.
- Have a basic working knowledge of Security Access Control Systems and Fire Alarm & Fire Automatic Sprinkler Suppressions System. Conducts as the 1st Responder, assesses the situations needs, communicates and coordinates resources.
- Offers assistance to customers and staff in directions, escorts, access issues. Exercises good judgment, leadership and a professional demeanor.
