Join Alta Mental Health Solutions, a vibrant, inclusive, and mission-driven group practice based in Gaithersburg, MD. We’re seeking a passionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LCPC) to serve clients in a hybrid role – primarily in-person, with optional remote or telehealth sessions.

💼 Position Highlights

• Full-Time Minimum 20-25 sessions/week | Part-Time Minimum 15 client sessions/week

• Flexible Hybrid Schedule: In-office in Gaithersburg and Remote

• Pay: Fee-for-service (Estimated $102,000–$125,000/year based on caseload)

• Clients: All ages; you choose your niche and ideal population

🧠 Ideal Candidates Will Have

• Maryland license: LMSW or LGPC

• Comfort treating children and adults

• Interest or experience in trauma, EMDR, CBT, DBT, IFS, expressive therapies, etc.

• Commitment to cultural humility and inclusive practice

• Bilingual (Spanish) clinicians highly encouraged to apply
