A Ray of Sunshine Home Care is currently seeking reliable, compassionate caregivers to join our team and provide full-time care coverage for a long-term client in the Martinsville, Indiana area.

Position Overview

This position involves providing personal care support and home support for an adult client with medical needs in a home setting. Caregivers must be dependable, attentive to hygiene needs, and comfortable working with medical equipment under established care plans.

Caregiver Responsibilities

Provide care assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Maintain client cleanliness and skin integrity through routine hygiene care
Monitor and maintain clean environment
Follow all infection control and safety procedures
Accurately document care provided
Obtain responsible party signature at shift completion
Communicate any changes or concerns to supervision promptly

Schedule
Part-time hours available
Consistent weekly scheduling
Multiple caregiver positions available to ensure reliable coverage

Requirements
Experience as a caregiver is preferred
MUST HAVE DRIVERS LICENSE AND INSURANCE
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
Ability to follow care plans and agency policies
Professional, respectful, and patient-centered approach
Must meet all AROSHC hiring and compliance requirements
