Consultant Opportunity: Premium Corrugated Display Strategy & Engineering

Duggal is seeking a seasoned corrugated display professional to join us as a consultant / independent contractor to help evolve our existing capabilities into a best-in-class, premium corrugated display offering.

This engagement is intentionally consultative and advisory, designed for an expert who understands how premium corrugated work truly succeeds inside complex manufacturing environments. The consultant will work closely with executive leadership to evaluate Duggal’s current systems, processes, equipment, and talent—and help define a clear, scalable path forward.

This is a systems-level, hands-on engagement for someone who can think strategically while also grounding recommendations in real-world production realities. Extensive engineering expertise for corrugated display required.

What You’ll Do

Assess Duggal’s current corrugated-related capabilities across engineering, workflows, software, equipment, and talentIdentify gaps between current operations and premium-market expectationsAdvise executive leadership on process improvements, investments, and organizational structureHelp define and validate a scalable operating model for premium corrugated display workSupport early pilot projects to test recommendations in live production and document learnings into repeatable SOPs

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal consultant brings deep, hands-on experience in premium corrugated display engineering and production, paired with the ability to advise at an executive level. You should be comfortable evaluating existing teams and workflows, pragmatic in your approach, and experienced in helping organizations move from capable to premium.

Key expertise includes:

Corrugated materials, flute profiles, and structural designPrint, color management, finishing, and retail executionDie cutting, digital cutting, folding, gluing, and assemblyStructural design and CAD/CAM software (e.g., ArtiosCAD or equivalent)Translating technical realities into clear, actionable leadership guidance
