About This Position
Compensation:
$100,000 - $130,000 annually
The pay range is subject to the discretion of the Company. Additionally, Veho offers a competitive equity package, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage as well as other benefits such as 401k and unlimited PTO for exempt level roles.
About the Role:
The Senior Expansion Associate on the Expansion & Growth Operations team is responsible for expanding the Veho service to new markets, increasing the coverage area of Veho’s best in class service. As a member of the E&G team, the Senior Expansion Associate is responsible for the post-launch success of our operations, marketplace, commercial partners, and market financials through data ownership & deep dives, project management support, and project based market success initiatives.
Key responsibilities and example projects include:
- Post-launch project management support
- Working with our Commercial team to ensure timely activations of clients in newly launched markets, supporting cross functional team members with data and operational support
- Identifying and supporting Ground Operations teammates in the early stages of market ramps to maximize operational success
- Collaborating with our Driver Marketplace team to manage market ramp plans
Data Ownership and deep dives:
- Maintain active coverage area lists, data tables, and post-launch reporting
- Own the financial and operational dash boarding for the Expansion & Growth Operations team; monitoring individual market performance as well as the overall expansion market portfolio
Expansion strategy and cross functional coordination:
- Develop action plans to achieve or correct deviations from forecast
- Partner with cross functional business areas to troubleshoot blockers, balance tradeoffs, and recommend optimal business solutions
- Incorporate leanings into future expansion opportunities
A great candidate:
- Minimum 3 years experiences that includes project management, program implementation, and business planning
- Relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or startups is a plus
- Conducts analysis independently and can translate this into clear, actionable recommendations
- Is detail-oriented and an excellent verbal and written communicator
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable shifting priorities based on new insights and business needs
- SQL, Python experience is a plus
