Pay Range-$24.66-$29.87*

Job Summary:

The Clinic LPN provides care for patients in an ambulatory, family care setting under the supervision of a licensed registered nurse, mid-level practitioner, or physician. This role involves performing tasks and responsibilities within the framework of case finding, health teaching, health counseling, and providing supportive and restorative care under the direction of a registered professional nurse, licensed physician, or other select licensed authorized health care provider. The Clinic LPN ensures that compassionate, engaged care meets or exceeds quality standards and is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with NYS licensure and CHMC standards of care. The position will be required to float to other Health Centers as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalency is required.

• Valid NYS LPN license.

• BLS certification (infant, child, and adult CPR) and current CPR certification are required.

• NYS Driver’s license is required.

• Sustained efforts to maintain a current knowledge base regarding professional and practice issues.
