116- Station Plaza- Maintenanace at Forman Mills Inc – Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

To maintain a clean and safe environment for Associates and Customers to work and shop.
Assist with truck deliveries when needed.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
• The removal of trash and debris inside the building and outside including sidewalk and parking lot areas.
• Sweeping sales floor, emptying trash containers
• Vacuuming rugs and carpet areas
• Cleaning windows
• Cleaning restrooms/replenishing supplies/making sure equipment functions.
• Cleaning break rooms, wiping down tables, microwave and refrigerator
• Mopping
• Attending leaks and spills
• Hanger removal from the front end
• Removal of empty cartons, pallets, and fixtures off sales floor
• Inform Management when supplies are needed
• Truck unloading/ loading when needed

Position Requirements:
• Perform all functions assigned by Management to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are kept during the course of the business.
• Ability to work varied hours/days, including 2-3 nights per week, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
• The ability to work in different areas of the store such as selling floor and fitting room as directed by supervisors and management.
• Ability to communicate effectively as it relates to communicating to customers and team members all Forman Mills written policy and procedures, training materials, directives and any other materials Forman Mills produces.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs. Use of hands and fingers in a continuous and repetitive activity. Adequate fitness level to meet the demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing and repetitive lifting with or without reasonable accommodation.

Minimum Requirements:
• Must be 18 years or older
• Safely use a carton knife
• Ability to handle different customer’s personalities in a professional manner
• High Energy, Positive attitude, Friendly, Courteous,
• Excellent People Skills
