Avail Work Schedule: Friday-Tuesday/Wednesday-Sunday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM (30-minute lunch
MUST BE ABLE TO TYPE 35 WPM AND HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD FOR 36 MONTHS
We’re seeking experienced and safety-focused professionals to join our 2026 Autonomous Vehicle (AV) Operations Team.
If you have hands-on experience driving professionally and/or possess a strong technical background, we want to hear from you!
Safely operate autonomous vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws and company procedures.
Collect and document performance data to support ongoing system development.
Conduct pre- and post-drive safety checks, ensuring vehicle readiness each day.
Monitor system performance and provide detailed, real-time feedback to engineering and operations teams.
Remain alert, professional, and distraction-free while behind the wheel.
Complete thorough reports to assist in improving safety and operational excellence.
Experience as a professional driver (even in rideshare or food delivery)
Minimum of 36 months of safe driving experience with no tickets or violations.
Valid U.S. driver’s license (active for at least 3+ years).
No DUIs, drug, or alcohol-related offenses in the past 5 years.
Strong situational awareness with the ability to respond calmly and effectively in unexpected driving situations.
Excellent communication skills and sharp attention to detail.
Comfortable operating vehicles in diverse road and weather conditions.
Dependable, professional, and accountable.
Prior AV testing or technical systems experience.
Certification in Safe or Defensive Driving.
Familiarity with vehicle technology and control systems.
Hourly rate: $21.00–$27.00 per hour (based on experience).
