Patchogue: RN or LPN Needed for Pediatric Summer School Shifts in Patchogue, New York at Christian Nursing Registry Inc.

Patient is a vibrant 13-year-old male with Down Syndrome. He is ambulatory and verbal, with a love for swimming, boating, and spending time outdoors. He attends school regularly and thrives with caregivers who are interactive and supportive.

He has a mild respiratory condition and wears a pulse oximeter overnight for monitoring. During meals, he requires close supervision due to a choking risk.

Shifts Available: Summer School Hours - Starting 6/29/26
• DAYS: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 7:45am - 4:30pm

Requirement:
• Current New York State RN or LPN Nursing License
