Job Description
Assist the Test Director on all programmatic aspects associated with startup and execution of a JT&E projectabilities and processes. The Joint Test Support Contract provides direct support in the form of consultation and product development deliverables to the JT&E Program Office (JPO). The JPO supports multiple combatant command and service level capability tests and projects. This support involves test planning, stakeholder coordination, project management, organizational collaboration and execution of Operational Research Systems Analysis (ORSA) testing standards and rigor.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Educate, train, and assist the JT&E project teams including the Test Director and Joint Test Support Team.
- Advises the Test Director on the JT&E programmatic and technical aspects of conducting a JT&E project and designing a feasible execution plan.
- Support the JPO with management of program standards and business practices.
- Provide a “quick start” capability for all JT&E projects by providing T&E support in lieu of engineering service contractor support.
- Provide an initial WBS to the Test Director, and assists in developing executable plans of action and milestones.
- Organize and conduct weekly JT&E project meetings with the Test Director and JT&E Action Officer.
- Provide the Test Director with support in problem, decomposition, issue refinement, scoping, test concept, and required resources.
- Develop the draft of the Project Test Plan (PTP), Requirements Document, and supporting CRE/IGE.
- Assist the Test Director in identifying appropriate test venues and test tools.
- Assist the Test Director on all programmatic aspects associated with startup and execution of a JT&E project.
- Provide coordination and facilitation for SME working group and Joint Warfighting Advisory Group (JWAG) meetings.
- Assess the effectiveness of JTSC support and training through lessons learned and feedback.
- Assist in the transition from nomination to chartered ART.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· 10 years’ experience supporting senior military leaders, DoD/DoW senior leaders, national defense industry
· Associates and/or bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
· TS/SCI Security Clearance
· Fluent with Microsoft Office suite
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
· PMP Certification
· Service level or Joint Test & Evaluation experience
