About This Position
Sr. Implementation Project Manager
The Sr. Implementation Project Manager is responsible for working with internal and external clients during the integration of clients’ process and procedures with Harris and Harris’ collections systems. This role is responsible for the development, testing, implementation of all tasks associated with the collection system. This includes coordinating programming changes internally, externally with clients, and programming vendors.
This position may include some client contact over the phone and/or in person visits which will require the candidate to be well-spoken, able to understand client needs, and suggest solutions.
Location: Can be completely remote or hybrid if in Chicagoland area, will require travel to Chicago office if remote
Schedule: Regular business hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, must be able to work after hours and on weekends as needed.
Salary: $70,000 to $100,000 annually, dependent on experience
