Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Public Administration, Marketing, or related field; and a minimum of five years of experience in economic development, public administration, or commercial real estate are required. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be considered.
