Job Overview: The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the operations in fulfilling customer orders and operational support activities. The Warehouse Associate ensures processes and procedures are adhered to in all facets of the operation.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for processing, packaging and shipping orders accurately.
• Responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
• Responsible for monitoring inventory for defected and/or damaged items.
• Responsible for assisting in all plant prep activity.
• Responsible for ensuring a clean, stocked and organized workspace.
• Effectively communicate with Management to ensure that all inventory and other concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
• Responsible for assisting the warehouse team in ensuring that all deadlines and goals are met daily.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
• Responsible for assisting with tank maintenance.
• All other job duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal communication.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory principles, concepts, and procedures.
- Strong Attention to Detail.
- Must be 18 years of age.
Physical Requirements:
- Mobility: The ability to move within the office environment.
- Extended periods of standing: The role may involve long periods of standing.
- Manual dexterity: The ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers, keyboards, and phones.
- Visual acuity: Sufficient vision to read documents, screens, and other materials, as well as to analyze data and reports.
- Hearing and verbal communication: Clear hearing and speech abilities to effectively communicate with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
