Workdays: Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (with 1 hour of lunch)

Our Sales team plays a key role in driving the strategic growth and long-term development of our customer base. As part of this team, you will collaborate with a highly professional, cross‑functional group to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and deliver industry-leading customer experience.
This is an Outside Sales role; a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Customer Relations
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.Maintain, strengthen, and expand existing customer relationships.Deliver exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and long-term value.Ensure direct customer engagement through in‑person visits.Conduct regular face‑to‑face meetings to strengthen customer relationships.Sales Planning
Develop, execute, and continuously improve sales plans aimed at increasing revenue, contribution, and customer value.Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to support strategy development.Bids & Contracts
Develop strategies for bids, pricing, and contract negotiations.Collaborate with prospective customers to understand their business needs.Partner with cross-functional teams to build strong, quality-focused business relationships.Compliance
Strictly adhere to OOCL’s competition compliance policies and procedures.Serve as a role model for ethical and compliant business practices.Requirements
2–5 years of experience and industry knowledge in the sale of dry containers and refrigerated containers (frozen, fresh, and pharmaceutical cargo)Effective communication in English (minimum Level B1).Intermediate proficiency in Power BI and CRM systems, with willingness to continue developing these skills.Strong command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to travel 25% of the time or as required by the territory.Key Skills
