About This Position

Hello!

We are seeking a rockstar marketeer to own the Partners Demand Generation strategy of Factorial in LATAM. You will be responsible for defining, executing, and optimizing growth strategies in the region, coordinating a multidisciplinary team and managing key collaborations that drive the acquisition and conversion of qualified leads. This role combines leadership, tactical execution, and business vision in a highly dynamic and collaborative environment.

The role requires the person to work from our office in Mexico City.


What will you be doing 📋

- Lead the LATAM marketing team, including direct management of the SEO/Content specialist

- Design and execute growth strategies focused on the acquisition and activation of business partners.

- Own marketing plans with key partners in LATAM, covering online/offline demand generation and brand awareness (e.g., events, webinars, promotions).

- Working daily with the Partner AMs of the Channel team to jointly detect weaknesses and apply strategies to achieve the team's goals

- Identify and execute opportunities to expand reach through partnerships, events, content, and campaigns.

- Manage demand generation campaigns through webinars, events, email marketing, and other inbound marketing tactics.

- Report on campaign performance using key metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, lead conversion rate, and business opportunity generation.

- Native-level of Spanish and excellent level of English.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Dedicated to personal growth and eager to take on increasing responsibilities.

- Understanding of sales goals and how to collaborate with sales to reach marketing goals

- Strong knowledge of demand generation strategies, inbound marketing, and content marketing

You have a plus if...

- Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, easily adapting to new technologies and platforms to plan and execute high-impact digital campaigns

- Proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably in technology or SaaS industries.

- Experience with collaborating with 2nd and 3rd parties

- Entrepreneur mindset - high energy and business hungry.

- Work ethics, continuous learning ambition, and motivation to join a fast-moving high performance team.
