We are searching for an Data Management Specialist to join our Finance Team! Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, detail-oriented and a serious multitasker. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- You will serve as a gateway for new accounts being set up on EDI invoicing and ensures new customers are appropriately setup in ABS to correctly receive their invoicing;
- You will build, document and maintain Customer Invoice Matrix
- You will work with Sales Operations to integrate, maintain and enhance the relationship between Sales and Finance;
- You will perform billing for key customers on weekly or monthly basis.
- You will ensure Data Processing procedures are followed with quarterly re-routes/transfers.
- You will drive value and manage projects focused on streamlining the back-office functions
- You will continually suggest and implement process improvements
- You will be the back-up for customer care associates and first point of contact for Customer Care escalation calls
WHAT YOU’LL REQUIRE:
- Associates Degree or required equivalent related work experience
- 4 years of customer service experience required
- Proven working knowledge of MS Office is required. Knowledge of in-house computer programs preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required to solve complex customer service issues;
- Good working knowledge and skill in operating computers, data entry and office equipment, etc. required;
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work independently under limited supervision.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
