• Engage with Customers: Greet customers in the showroom, on the lot, and online with a warm and welcoming approach.

• Find the Perfect Match: Help customers select the perfect Mazda — whether it's new or pre-owned — by listening to their needs and guiding them through their options.

• Show Off the Mazda Experience: Present and demonstrate the incredible features, performance, and technology that make Mazda vehicles stand out.

• Let Them Drive: Conduct test drives and ensure customers have a safe, fun, and exciting experience behind the wheel.

• Guide the Process: Be there every step of the way, from trade-in evaluations to financing options and paperwork — ensuring a seamless, stress-free process.

• Build Long-Term Relationships: Stay connected with customers, so they come back to you whenever they’re ready for their next vehicle.

• Stay in the Know: Keep up-to-date with our inventory, Mazda promotions, and the latest industry trends to provide customers with accurate and helpful information.

• Achieve Your Goals: Reach and exceed personal and team sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service. Success here is built on teamwork!

• Drive and Passion: Prior automotive sales experience is great, but we’re just as excited to train the right person who’s eager to learn and grow!

• People Skills: You love talking to people and building relationships. You're approachable, friendly, and make people feel at ease.

• Motivation: You’re self-driven, goal-oriented, and ready to take on new challenges with a positive attitude.

• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with computers and CRM systems is helpful, but we can teach you what you need to know!

• Reliability: A clean driving record and a valid driver’s license are essential, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to work evenings and weekends.

• Competitive Earnings: We offer a commission-based pay plan with earning potential between $36,000 – $200,000 annually based on your performance.
