About This Position

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / On-Call

Description:
Divine Group Management LLC is opening a Transition/Receiving DDD group home in Tempe, designed specifically for emergency placements. This home will support members who require immediate placement, often after normal business hours, as identified through vendor calls.

We are seeking reliable, flexible, and motivated staff who are willing to be on-call and ready to work at a moment’s notice. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, high-impact environment where your support makes an immediate difference.

Important Note:
At this time, there are no active members placed in the home. Staff hired for this position will be on-call until the first member is placed. During this period, we can offer hours at our other group homes located in Chandler to help you maintain consistent work hours.

Key Expectations:
1. Be available on-call and ready to report to work quickly when a placement is identified
2. Provide immediate support to members entering the home the same day as placement
3. Assist with stabilization, daily routines, and creating a structured environment
5. Follow behavior plans and support strategies as developed
6. Maintain communication with leadership and complete required documentation

Scheduling:
Schedules will be created once members are placed in the home and will be based on member needs.
Typical shifts may include:
2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
11:00 PM – 9:00 AM
Weekend shifts (often longer shifts)

Full-time schedules may be 40 hours, with some schedules at 32 hours depending on needs.

In the beginning, there will be a minimum of 2 staff at all times. As additional members are placed, staffing will increase (e.g., from 2 staff to 4 staff). Placements can happen quickly or may take time, so flexibility is key.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide direct care and supervision in both home and community settings
2. Assist with daily living skills such as hygiene, meals, and routines
3. Support members during transitions and high-stress situations
4. Implement behavior support strategies and ensure safety
5. Maintain a clean, structured, and supportive environment
6. Complete documentation and communicate with the team

Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Experience in DDD, caregiving, behavioral health, or crisis intervention preferred
2. Willingness to be flexible and respond to on-call needs
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
4. Reliable, patient, and team-oriented

Required Certifications (must be current):
1. CPR & First Aid (in-person only; no online certifications accepted)
2. Article 9
3. Prevention & Support
4. Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation (ANE)
5. Fingerprint Clearance Card (Level 1)

Additional Requirement:
1. Please ensure your resume is current and up to date when applying.
2. Selected candidates will be required to complete onboarding requirements prior to 3. their start date, including verification of certifications, background clearance, and all required employment paperwork.

What We Offer:
1. Opportunity to be part of a specialized emergency placement program
2. Hands-on experience in high-impact support services
3. Training and support provided
4. Opportunities for growth within the company
5. Ability to pick up additional hours at other group homes while awaiting placement

This position requires flexibility and commitment but offers a strong opportunity to grow within a well-established company.
