About This Position
Colliers | Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Senior Brokerage Coordinator / Client Services to support one of our top-performing Brokerage teams. This is a highly visible role for someone who loves keeping complex transactions moving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in being the steady, trusted partner brokers rely on.
If you have a background in broker administration, transaction coordination, or real estate sales and you enjoy bringing order, accuracy, and calm to busy deal cycles, this role was built for you.
This is a hybrid role based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with regular in-office collaboration.
What you will do
Transaction management and brokerage support
You will coordinate commercial real estate transactions from listing through closing, including leases, renewals, amendments, and sales. You will manage timelines, critical dates, and documentation while ensuring accuracy at every step. You will serve as a key point of contact for brokers, clients, attorneys, and internal partners, keeping deals organized and moving forward.
Marketing and client materials
You will prepare offering memorandums, proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials. You will customize and format materials using InDesign, Adobe, PowerPoint, or similar tools, ensuring everything meets Colliers branding and quality standards.
Operational excellence
You will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the brokerage team, juggle competing priorities, and proactively identify ways to improve processes. You will anticipate needs, solve problems before they escalate, and bring a strong sense of ownership to your work.
What we are looking for
- Experience supporting brokers, transactions, or clients in commercial real estate, or prior experience as a residential or commercial real estate agent
- Strong understanding of transaction workflows, documentation, and deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfort creating and polishing marketing and presentation materials
- Clear, confident communication and strong follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Real estate license is a plus, not required
