Job Description

Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team. In this role, you will work 1-on-1 with clients to implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), helping individuals develop functional skills and reach their full potential.

Requirements: Key Responsibilities
  • Direct Therapy: Implement 1-on-1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs and behavior intervention plans (BIP) under BCBA supervision.
  • Data Collection: Accurately record and graph data on observable client behaviors and skill acquisition using digital or manual systems.
  • Clinical Support: Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and functional communication.
  • Behavior Management: Effectively manage challenging behaviors using approved de-escalation and reinforcement strategies.
  • Documentation: Maintain professional session notes and ensure all documentation meets medical necessity and HIPAA compliance standards.
Qualifications
  • Certification: High School Diploma/GED required; active RBT certification (BACB) preferred (or willingness to obtain certification within 45 days).
  • Experience: Previous experience in ABA, behavioral health, or working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data collection methods and a basic understanding of medical terminology.
  • Compliance: Deep understanding of HIPAA regulations and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
Why Join Us?
  • Unmatched Clinical Support: You will have consistent, on-site access to a BCBA and a collaborative school safety team—you will never be left to manage a crisis alone.
  • Professional Growth: Seize the opportunity to work on complex cases that will significantly sharpen your clinical and de-escalation skills.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: We provide a robust benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Work-Life Balance: We offer paid time off (PTO) to ensure our staff stays refreshed and maintains a healthy personal life.
