Maintenance Team Worker at Azure Farms Inc – South Point, Ohio

Azure Standard is looking for a dependable, hardworking Maintenance Team Worker to support maintenance, construction, and facility improvement projects across our locations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building, fixing, operating equipment, and helping keep facilities safe, functional, and well maintained.

In this role, you will help support a wide variety of projects, from general construction and repairs to greenhouse work, site upkeep, and equipment operation. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, values teamwork, and is ready to contribute wherever needed.

• Assist with general construction tasks including light excavation, concrete work, framing, drywall, minor electrical work, and roofing
• Safely operate equipment such as telehandlers, forklifts, skid steers, and manlifts
• Drive company vehicles as authorized and trained
• Support greenhouse construction, repairs, and ongoing maintenance
• Help maintain facilities and surrounding grounds, including recycling, cleanup, and organization
• Sign company tools in and out properly and return or secure them at the end of each day
• Contribute to the construction, maintenance, and improvement of current and future Azure buildings and structures

This role is active and physical, with work taking place across various facilities and project sites. Safety is essential in this position. Team members must remain aware of their surroundings and follow all equipment and jobsite safety expectations.

• Loud music is not permitted while working
• Only one earbud may be worn when listening to a personal device so surroundings and equipment can still be heard
• Power equipment operators may not wear earbuds
• Hoods that obstruct side vision are not permitted while working
• Team members are responsible for the proper care of tools in their possession and may be held accountable for tools that are lost, negligently broken, or left unsecured
