What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and confidence
• Respond to customer emails and account inquiries
• Assist with membership updates, account changes, and service questions
• Work within our systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with a team that supports and pushes each other to improve

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time: 40 hours per week
• Flexible schedule working 4 days per week (10-hour shifts) or 5 days per week (8 hour shifts) !
• $17.00 hourly plus commission.
• PTO, Insurance, and Paid Holidays.
