Job Description
Sr. UX/UI Designer (Remote)
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer - REMOTE. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience for cybersecurity software relied upon by millions across the globe. You will lead a dynamic design team in crafting innovative digital interactions, balancing functionality with visual appeal. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to align user needs with business objectives. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of providing top-tier products that enhance security and user experience. Accountabilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, QA, and stakeholders to define user requirements and objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end design process from concept ideation to prototyping and final UI design.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate user needs effectively.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries for consistency across platforms.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advocate for their integration into design processes.
- Maintain visual consistency across all web properties according to brand guidelines.
- Design responsive layouts for optimal user experiences across web, desktop, mobile, and tablet.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product or UX/UI design roles with a portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles.
- Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools such as InVision or Framer.
- Experience in user research and usability testing with the ability to translate findings into actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and multi-device design experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively advocate for design decisions.
- Problem-solving skills with adaptability and a willingness to learn complex solutions.
- Passion for creating impactful user experiences with a keen attention to detail.
