Displays2Go is seeking an experienced Lead Web Developer to play a key role in advancing and scaling our eCommerce platform. This position is designed for someone already operating as a technical lead—an engineer who routinely sets direction, owns complex systems, and leads through hands‑on contribution.
This is not an entry‑level or “step‑up” lead role, and it is not a people‑management position. Success in this role comes from technical judgment, architectural ownership, and the ability to guide teams through execution—not from managing headcount.
What You’ll Own and Lead- Serve as a technical authority for our eCommerce web platform and integrationsDefine and influence architecture and design decisions in a modern .NET environmentLead complex initiatives through hands‑on development, from design through deploymentPartner closely with product, business, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, customer‑focused solutionsImprove system performance, reliability, and long‑term maintainabilityEstablish and reinforce engineering standards through thoughtful code reviews and technical guidanceSupport and evolve our AWS‑based cloud environment, balancing scalability with practicalityOperate across the full SDLC, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support
- Demonstrated experience functioning as a technical lead on production web applicationsDeep, hands‑on expertise in C# and .NET in real‑world environmentsStrong experience designing and maintaining APIs and service‑based architecturesPractical, production experience working with AWSSolid understanding of relational databases (SQL Server or MySQL), including performance considerationsConfidence making technical trade‑offs, influencing direction, and supporting senior‑level peersExperience working in Agile teams where leads are accountable for delivery and outcomes

- Front‑end experience with React or similar frameworksExposure to microservices or serverless architecturesFamiliarity with GraphQL or Salesforce integrations
- Salary range: $120,000–$140,000, based on experience and role scopeMarket‑based compensation approach
