Patient Coordinator

Access Health Dental – Las Vegas, NV

If you are passionate about making a positive impact in dentistry and enjoy helping patients establish and maintain quality dental care, we would love to speak with you. Access Health Dental is seeking hardworking, motivated Patient Coordinators to join our team at our Las Vegas offices.

Our ideal candidate has exceptional front office knowledge within a dental practice and is committed to providing outstanding patient experiences. As a Patient Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient office operations, building strong patient relationships, and supporting the delivery of high-quality care.

Core Responsibilities
  • Greet and check in patients while updating patient information as needed
  • Perform daily opening and closing office procedures, including:
    • Turning on office systems
    • Checking and returning voicemail messages
    • Monitoring and responding to emails promptly
    • Organizing and maintaining reception areas
    • Reviewing schedules and preparing for the following day
  • Coordinate registration and account activation for new patients
  • Ensure completion of all required patient forms, including the New Patient Relationship Form
  • Manage patient recall reports by sending postcards and making follow-up appointment calls
  • Complete appointment reminder calls and confirm upcoming visits
  • Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service at all times
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1 year of front office experience in the dental field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
