Position Overview
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in personal injury, proven sales or intake closing experience, and the ability to build trust quickly through professional, empathetic communication. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role requiring strong judgment, urgency, and the ability to confidently guide clients through the onboarding process.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for potential clients, handling inbound calls, emails, and referrals with urgency and care
- Conduct detailed intake interviews to assess case viability, ensuring all relevant facts and documents are gathered
- Clearly explain the firm’s services and set expectations for the client experience
- Utilize persuasive communication and sales techniques to convert leads into signed clients
- Collaborate with attorneys and case managers to ensure smooth handoff of qualified cases
- Maintain accurate records in the firm’s case management systems (Abacus Law, Filevine)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in personal injury intake or case management (required)
- Proven track record in sales or client conversion, ideally within a legal or service-oriented environment
- Bilingual in Spanish (required)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage clients empathetically and persuasively
- Familiarity with Abacus Law and Filevine software is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000 + Commission
