Lead Master Technician / Shop Foreman at Mahalak Auto Group Lake Wales LLC – Lake Wales, Florida

We’re a busy, well-established dealership service center with a reputation for doing things the right way, and we’re ready to add a top-tier Shop Foreman to our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily shop operations, including dispatching work and keeping workflow moving
• Run quick, effective shop meetings to align the team on priorities
• Monitor technician productivity, attendance, and scheduling needs
• Perform quality control checks to ensure every job meets our standards
• Support hiring and onboarding of new technicians
• Train and mentor team members, helping them grow their skills and confidence
• Stay up to date on new technology and bring that knowledge back to the team

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in an automotive service environment
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills across multiple systems
• Proven ability to manage a team and keep a shop running efficiently
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening (background, MVR, drug test)

Preferred / Highly Valued:

• National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Master Technician certification or multiple active ASE certifications
• OEM certifications (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram)
• Advanced electrical and drivability diagnostic experience
• Hybrid / EV certification or hands-on experience
