About This Position
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and deliver excellent customer service. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate records, supporting sales and operations processes, and assisting with accounts receivable follow-up. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with both internal teams and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and route inbound phone calls in a professional and timely manner Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, or escalate as appropriate Maintain and update customer records in CRM and ERP systems Process sales orders accurately and efficiently Verify and manage documentation, including maintenance agreements, leases, and supplements Generate and distribute reports for management Assist with accounts receivable follow-up on past-due accounts Support the sales team by preparing partnership review materials for customer presentations Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or office support role Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems preferred Ability to build professional relationships with customers and team members Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn Valid driver’s license and insurability (if required for the role) Comfortable with data entry and general computer use
