Job Description
A highly qualified person in the maintenance of Tajima and Barudan sewing machines, with a high capacity to solve problems quickly and effectively.
Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesTraining & Support
Ongoing knowledge and education on the company's machines.
Participates in formal and informal training sessions to gain new skills and knowledge.
Contributes to and updates the machine inventory database, as well as inventory management of spare parts that need to be kept in stock for the department.
IT & Operational Functions
Responsible for machine issues in the company.
Participate in team meetings and communications.
Maintain updated machine inventory.
Record machine work orders.
Follow up on machine repair requests.
Track the status of equipment and ordered supplies using the inventory management tool.
Tech Support
Logical thinker and able to prioritize workload and urgency.
Strong Customer Service Ethic.
Essential Skills
Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills, with a strong ability to research and find solutions independently.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, thriving in both independent and collaborative work environments.
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with staff and stakeholders across all levels.

Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree.
2 Years of experience.
Demonstrated ability to work, build, and troubleshoot sewing machines.
Basic knowledge of Excel.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills for user support.
Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Mid-level experience in Microsoft 365.
