Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook who is passionate about cooking at a high level. This role is ideal for someone who values working with quality ingredients, embraces creativity, and wants to contribute to a kitchen where standards matter.
You will play a key role in executing a diverse menu that includes à la carte dining, seasonal features, and elevated club events, while continuing to develop your skills alongside a dedicated culinary team.

- Prepare and organize mise en place using high-quality ingredients
- Assist in the development and execution of seasonal features and menu items
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety

Requirements:- At least one year of professional cooking experience preferred
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
