SEACORP is seeking a well-qualified Financial Analyst I, II, III, IV.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Job Summary: SEACORP is currently seeking Financial Analysts in levels I, II and III. The Financial Analyst will provide financial management support for SEACORP's Business Development Business Area. They will perform periodic updates to financial reporting and tracking tools.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Provide advice and technical assistance in the preparation of annual budgets.
- Measure organizational performance; assess the effects of various programs and policies on the budget.
- Examine budget estimates or proposals for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with established procedures, regulations, and organizational objectives.
- May employ cost-benefit analysis to review financial requests, assess program tradeoffs, and explore alternative funding methods.
- Examine past and current budgets and research economic and financial developments that affect the organization’s spending.
- Develop guidelines and policies governing the formulation and maintenance of budgets.
- May conduct training sessions for company or government agency personnel regarding new budget procedures.
- Coordinate financial activities across various stakeholders.
- Manage finances across multiple funding types.
- Track budgets, costs, and variances.
- Produce executive summaries.
- Conduct financial reporting and analyses on financial issues and customer requirements.
- Develop and propose courses of actions (COAs) and recommendations for financial issues.
- Interpret and apply financial management principles.
- Apply financial management processes, techniques, policies, regulations and organizational strategic goals.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting. For an IV, a Master's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
Experience: Depending on the YOE below:
- For a I, 0 YOE required.
- For a II, 3 YOE required.
- For a III, 7 YOE required.
- For a IV, 10 YOE required.

Work Environment & Physical Demands: Office & Computer Laboratories - Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and viewing computer screens. Infrequent lifting of <40lbs. Movement between points within the same office or between buildings. Work is performed in generally consistent environmental conditions with some seasonality for temperature differences and lighting.
