Job Description
Global Cleaning Services is seeking dependable part-time Oceanfront Restroom Cleaners to help maintain clean, safe, and sanitary public restroom facilities along the Virginia Beach Oceanfront.
Pay: Starting at $13.00 per hour
Available Shifts:
- 8am – 12pm
- 12pm – 5pm
- 5pm – 9pm
- 9pm – 2am
Weekend and holiday availability may be required.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize public restroom facilities
- Clean toilets, sinks, mirrors, stalls, doors, and floors
- Sweep sand and debris from restroom areas and surrounding walkways
- Empty trash and recycling containers
- Restock restroom supplies as needed
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the facility and surrounding area
- Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to perform physical cleaning duties, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working outdoors
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
No cleaning experience is required. Paid training is provided.
Work Environment:
This position is primarily outdoors at public restroom facilities located along the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. Employees may work in varying weather conditions and high-traffic environments, especially during the summer season and special events.
