About This Position

ESI is seeking a Senior Business Architect translates business strategy into actionable plans, designs optimal processes and structures, and leads initiatives to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness, focusing on strategic alignment and business value.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE MEDICAID SPACE & LIVE IN THE GREATER WASHINGTON DC AREA.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Strategic Alignment: • Translate business strategies and objectives into concrete capabilities and processes.
• Ensure alignment between business goals, organizational structure, and IT infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain business architecture roadmaps and plans.
• Process and Structure Design:
• Design and optimize business processes, workflows, and organizational structures. • Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
• Develop and maintain business capability maps and value streams.
• Program and Stakeholder Management:
• Manage system designers & Collaborate with stakeholders across different business units to understand their needs and requirements.
• Communicate complex concepts and solutions clearly and effectively.
Influence and drive business change initiatives.
• Project Leadership: • Lead and manage complex business architecture projects and initiatives.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. • Monitor and evaluate project performance and outcomes.
Business Value: • Identify, quantify, and document the business value of proposed changes and initiatives.
• Advise program managers on the best approach to achieve desired business outcomes. and ensure that business architecture activities contribute to the achievement of strategic goals. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand the broader business context and translate it into actionable plans for team members.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and direct team members.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve complex business problems and document solutions.
• Project Management: Experience in leading and managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business processes, organizational structures, and industry trends.
• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of business architecture frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve common goals.
