Alvarez Plumbing & Air Conditioning is hiring a dependable and experienced Plumbing Dispatcher to support our residential and service plumbing division. This full-time, in-office role is the heartbeat of daily field operationsresponsible for smart scheduling, clear communication, and helping ensure excellent customer service. • Coordinate daily service schedules for plumbing technicians with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction

• Assign jobs based on skill, proximity, and workload

• Receive and dispatch service calls; retrieve and update customer records

• Adjust schedules and appointments throughout the day as needed

• Support field technicians with customer communication and job details

• Document all activities accurately in ServiceTitan and other company systems

• Monitor job progress, material availability, and reschedule follow-ups

• Answer phones and route service requests with professionalism and urgency

• Maintain strong internal communication across departments

• 2+ years of dispatching experience

• 1+ year of plumbing trade knowledge (dispatching or service)

• 1+ year ofServiceTitan experience

• Ability to read and write in clear English.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to pass a criminal background check

• Ability to pass a drug test

• Reliable transportation to and from work

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred but not required

• High School diploma or GED

• Team-first mindset

• Strong conflict resolution skills
